and no that was not a typo for fasting:mj07:

just got back from grocery store and totally loaded up....had some great sales on seafood and picked up:

4 pieces of Chilean Sea Bass
2 lbs of 12 count Tiger shrimp which I will do one as Cajun Acadian blackened and the other on grill skewers buffalo style
2 lbs of mussels
2 center cut cod filets
2 lobsters
1/2 lb of pure jumbo lump crab meat

I have 3 USDA PRIME ribeyes all at least 2 inches thick

edemame salad
cous cous salad
green bean casserole
creamed spinach
fresh brussel sprouts
new potatoes

and I just finished a nice baby octopus appetizer with 6 stone crab claws:0074

Has anyone tried this Laughing Cow spreads...just tried a couple of those...very tasty and love the way they package them :0074

and oh ya...back in the gym for 4 miles a day on the treadmill:0074

thats funny bud cause I can eat soup with any/every meal but the only one I ever MADE is chili

but before you ever eat crab cakes at a Red Lobster....PLEASE follow some of the recipes here and do them at home!!!

will be glad to give you some recipes for those but most are here and we all add our own little changes but the main thing is 90% plus lump crab meat:0074
