really like the Twins to bounce back here after 2 lackluster performances against Kansas City & Baltimore.
Reed has been extremely sharper going 3-0 last 3 starts including very impressive outing against Kansas City last time out. I believe he is 3-1 lifetime against Baltimore primarily due to his NATIONAL LEAGUE roots. Twins haven't dropped 3 straight in 6 + weeks.
Erickson has a extremely favorable history against Twins (8-1), however he is clearly not the pitcher he once was. Erickson has 1 victory spanning his last 17 starts. I can't believe he hasn't been relegated to bp. Baltimore tried unsuccessfully to unload him until July trading deadline. I really thinking Twins will be hungry tonight after 2 bad losses, clearly they aren't the types of team that will Cadillac with that big lead.

Good luck

O's are 16-7 as home dogs to the Twins.

41-16 overall dating back to '96

Erickson may beat women, but the O's seem to beat the Twins just as often. ;)

Might read my thread. I made a comment on Balt. Won't be playing either side. Good luck

point well taken infinii, I utilize trends also & spotted this. I just think clearly this Twins team is better than the dismal teams Minnesota has fielded last several years & Erickson clearly has slipped. Evidently public is putting more stock into the way Baltimore has handled Twins, than Erickson 1 victory in last 17 starts. I saw him last weekend against Boston live, the brawl game. He is really really struggling & a shadow of his previous ability.

Good luck tonight
