Used to be a guy here (I think he’s banned) who played an angle where he played on a team missing their star player. Maybe bc of over adjusting I’m not sure. My kids went to high school with Bo so I saw many of his HS games. I’ve had to eat a lot of my words around here bc I said he would never start at the ncaa level 😬 opps! I still don’t think he is or ever will be an elite NFL quarterback. He’s def not worth 7 points. Having said all that, I think Denver’s defense will show up huge this week and cover if not win this game. Max play for me on Den!

I predicted the Rams would bounce Seattle in the divisional round! For some reason im not as confident they will win this week but im still backing them. If McVay will not try to out coach himself, the Rams should be good. I can’t tell you how many times he has had second and 1, try a trick play and then has 3rd and 8. Drives me nuts!

Love it boom. Totally agree with the top write up, mainly Bo nix doubt lol. I’ve found myself pulling for the hawks in a fan sense, but I think I’m gonna have to put that rooting interest aside this week.

Rams and Seattle are the 2 best teams in the league all year in my opinion.
Rams having played @ Carolina, then @ Bears, and now going to Seattle, that's TOUGH!

Patrick Surtain is out?

Yeah, it's impressive what Sean Payton has been able to do in Denver with Bo Nix as his qb. I would say I'd expect Nix to be out of the league in a few years (well, maybe hanging around as a backup), but quarterback play is so damn awful across the board now, who knows? Pretty much all these young guys now are RBs in disguise. Good athletes, but sure the fuck can't read a defense and deliver the ball on time and accurately. Zero concept of ball security. They all think they're the next Mahomes, but they're finding out scrambling backwards 15 yards only ends up in a positive play one in twenty times. Just that one time is the one they saw on Sportscenter.

I'm with you on both, Boom. Betting on backup QBs in their first start has been profitable over the years. The rest of the team tends to step up. Sunday, it will need to be that Denver defense. In the other, I'm betting against A) Darnold and B) Seattle at home. In recent years, they've been better on the road.
