After chasing a bunch of investors around the city for the last 2 months , trying to out bid, and or, out beat these guys I finally got my first investment property!!!

I make settlement June 6th!!!!!!!

good to see you posting again....

i'm in the miuddle of the same exact thing......it's almost 4 weeks now & i still haven't found anything.....been close a few times but nothing yet.

in the past after 4 weeks i would have a rental & a tenant already......but for some reason that people aren't able to explain to me with satisfaction.....nothing yet.
