Hey everyone, this is my first post in the NBA forum. I've been posting NFL picks but haven't been playing too many NBA games. Anyway, there's one game that jumps out at me tonight...
Phoenix (-4.5 1h) - I really feel like I'm missing something here. For starters, Phx is a much better team than Seattle. I live in Seattle and watch these guys play practically every game, and they just aren't very good. They play no defense at all and have 2 good players (Allen & Lewis). Furthermore, Seattle played a game last night and now has to make the 4 hour flight to Phx and play again tonight. If both Allen and Lewis aren't hitting their shots, which is pretty likely considering the Supes played last night, I think it could get ugly.
Conversely, Phx has had 2 days off and now they get the home cookin'. Seattle is a jump shooting team that plays no defense. That does NOT bode well for them considering they played last night. I expect Phx to be a lot fresher and for them to run them out of the building. I also love the fact that Phx has lost 4 of 5. Maybe some would look at that as a negative, I personally think it sets them up great in this spot. They're fresh and looking to bounce back at home against a tired team. Love Phx tonight. I also think they cover the spread for the game, but I like the 1h play a little more.
