JUst wondering what your thoughts on this may be. Does time release like BioVail (BVF) Has been breaking out on high volume lately, and Biovail has a huge interest in it (possibly a buyout candidate). Also has very little debt, but not too much cash also.

Appreciate all info and insight.

Doughboy will look into the stocks, the charts on both of these stocks look good. As for Biovail I have owned it in the pass, this week it just bought Pharma Pass for $190 million.

The purchase should add to earnings and gives them 2 drug delivery platforms/technologies. The two main drugs Pharma Plus has is one for depression and another for high cholesterol.

Increases the number of drugs in the pipeline that should hit the market in 2005-2007.

Biovail hopes/stated it would get Cardizem on the market this quarter but it will probably be another quarter. Any further delays would hurt the stock, so I will wait.

Biovail will probably not do any purchases for a few months until they show the benifits of the Pharma Pass acquisition but in the coming year would not be surprised if they do more. Any acquisition would probably have to add to earnings and the pipeline quickly or the stock would sell off.

should note my biggest health holding was Cdn. Medical Labs which sold 50% of, avg. cost $22.50 trading for around $29. well run company trades on TSX (toronto) target price $31.50. If it goes below $27.50 cdn. will look at it again.

as for junior drug stocks (more speculative) lost twice (15% stop loss). will list some junior drug stocks but these would be high risk also my track record this year is 0-2. some seem ?? very cheap and are trading close to their cash position.

thanks
