How in the hell is Florida favored by 9 against LSU at home at night, what am I missing? Is it a trap? I hope it goes up to 10:D

Tebow is not 100% hell he may not even play, seems like too many points to me. opinions?

I will hit LSU the minute the book puts it up. No way they should get 9 at home.

TEBOW OR NOT FLA WILL BEAT LSU BY 2 TD'S! I HONESTLY THINK FLA. WILL SCORE MORE WITH BRANTLEY!

Never underestimate the Bayou Bengals at home especially at night.

Having said that it seems that LSU is just hanging on and doing just enough to win every week. As I've said in previous threads though, in the SEC, a win is a win is a win and you don't have to apologize how you get it done.

Will have my SEC write ups later in the week but am leaning towards LSU and the points right now and if it gets up to double digits I just don't see how I can't take the Tigers.

Obviously the Tebow watch will be ongoing all week long. Everything I read says that Brantley is a very capable backup, but he's no Tebow. With Timmyboy under center you have to defend against his arm and his running. My understanding is that Brantley is more of a pro-style QB.

The team that loses should not fall very far in the rankings and while they will no longer control their own destiny will still be in position for a BCS bowl bid and possible championship game.

I only listened to parts of the UGA/LSU game on the radio and it sounds as if LSU should have been up at least 24-27 points at halftime. SHOULD have been, could have been, whatever. That's why they play the game I suppose. You can not turn the ball over in this league and expect to win.

Good luck on your plays!

YOU SIR ARE RIGHT, I AM EMOTIONALLY INVESTED, BUT YOUVE GOT FLA. WITH THE #1 TOTAL DEF AND #3 OFF. IN THE NATION. PLAYING THE #12 OFF IN THE SEC:scared AND THE #8TH DEF IN THE SEC! I DON'T KNOW, NOT TO MENTION FLA LOST IN HEARTBREAKING FASHION THE LAST TIME IN TIGER STADIUM GIVING UP 5 FOURTH DOWN CONV. ON DEF. ALSO THE WHOLE THING WITH LSU FANS SENDING DEATH THREATS TO TEBOW CELL PHONE! TEBOW DOES NOT FORGET SHIT LIKE THAT. FLA HAS NOT OPENED THERE PLAY BOOK AT ALL THIS YEAR, I THINK YOU MIGHT SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO ON SATURDAY...IMHO

GOOD LUCK WITH WHATEVER YOU DECIDE SIR:mj06:

Make no mistake about it, while media and fans talked about Florida wanting a piece of Kiffin's Vols this season, it is this game that the Gators have looked towards more than any other.

That said, most will look at the ytd numbers and will not realize LSU D playing head and shoulders better than a month ago. This is Florida's 2nd test against a good defense. This is not the same Gator offense as last year without Mullen and Harvin.

The LSU offense would have to play far better than they have at any point this season in order to score 17.

Where will the total be......46? I am thinking 24-14 Gators. I just can't wait for Saturday night :00hour

Think Tennessee showed how you have to play Florida...just run right at them...cause they have too much speed to run sweeps or to get to fancy...although LSU is going to have the most speed the Gators have seen all year...if the Vols would have had more of a passing game...who knows. It's hard to have a road gimmie in this conference.

I guess I will just be Forest Gump then, no way in hell I lay 10 with a road team at night in Baton Rouge, no f-ing way especially with Tebow not 100% and he may not even play, the linesmakers are crazy. LSU has talent on both sides of the ball and the place will be rockin too, can't wait either...I am not betting til gametime to get the best possible line with LSU...
