Depends alot on the opposing team and what they have been doing lately. If they are similarly rested, you do the same thing you'd do for any other contest.
Look at who's likely to play after taking into account injuries, suspensions, coaching decisions, etc. After you have a pretty good idea of who the starting five will be, look at the secondaries that are likely to spell them during the course of the game and consider what they bring to the contest.
Consider the quality of the coaches, and take into account each teams players and how much experience they have playing in the league.
