where are you bud? i need your input. i know you told me about your friend who exclusively played the 12:00 dogs. help me out here. i am seriously considering this strategy this year. lucky for him and me (hopefully) the arizona cards usually play @ 3:00 central.

its my off season my man.. but ive been snooping around a bit lately b/c im getting so damn excited about football starting!!!!

im not sure if that was me..

i do have a friend who plays ALL dogs.. not just the 12vers..

and yes he does pretty well for himself..

the trouble with that strategy is youve got to throw down alot of cash for minimal returns.. yes he usually gets returns.. but the juice is a killer.. then sometimes you have those weeks were all the favs cover.. you can find yourself down a bunch of units real quick on a bad week...

personally i dont think there is an easy way out..

good old fashioned hard work is the best way ( for me anyway) to pick winners...

i am convinced though that dogs are the way to go..

one thing the public forgets.. is that dogs are usually always trying to score.. right down to the last minute..

you might have a fav who is favored by 10 who is up by 14 in the 4th... this is a common situation for doggies, and its a great spot for dog bettors.. the fav will sit on the ball.. while your doggie will try to punch one into the endzone until the clock hits 00:00.. many times in this situation the D will lay down and the favorite will be happy to win by 7.. You Win..


just thought id ask.. why 12:00 dogs?

late last year you wrote me a short paragraph about your friend who played the dogs exclusively. i could be mistaken, but i thought you said that you felt the noon dogs were normally more evenly matched. may have just been a trend last year. i would like to see the stats of the teams who have to travel to the western time zone and play in the late game. thanks & gl.

i dont remember.. i really dont think the just plays the nooners.. but ill find out.. could have been someone else i have a lot of gambling junkie friends!!

You said last year he played all dogs and was racking up at the 12:00. That was all. Someone suggested to lay off the late games, but that's it. I did it for 2 weeks and barely broke even.
