think our sox are worth a shot tomorrow at +230?
sox bats seem to come and go, do they build off of a good win tonite, or go silently against schilling? honestly, i will probably play them. i would guess this line is +210/-230 or so by game time, so may get a piece tonite. garland is capable of throwin a big one, but also capable of giving up 8-9. what do you think??

Listening to the post game radio talk...

The host was saying that Garland always does what you least expect him to do. Sucks when he should win, wins when he should suck. I couldn't put it a better way myself.

One big problem I see....
White Sox hitters ability to adjust to the heat Schilling will be throwing after seeing the knuckler today. If you think Garland shows up, best move may be the Under here. :yup

GL on your action

i hear ya knockin, but this definitely fits a couple of the scenarios that i look for when playing a big dog. sox comin' off a win as a +150-160 dog, now facing big-time chalk thrower that will get a lot of square rl action. no way sox come out and hit schilling, right? add to that the fact that damn near anything can and does happen in fenway, and it looks pretty tempting. just as you said, however, garland is a f^cking enigma. he'll either come out throwin darts, and the sox will be in it the whole way, or it gets ugly early. i love guys like jose valentin and carl everett at fenway. haven't played it yet, but the more i type, the itchier that damn trigger is gettin'. :brows:
