Came across a pretty interesting stat while capping the UConn game tommorrow.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do not see a single Big East team that has lost in the semi-final round of the tourny (unless they lost to another Big East school)

Don't know what that means exactly, it's a "trend" that goes back almost 20 years, but I figured I'd note it.

Actually looked at the old brackets and I believe that the Big East is 14-1 ATS in the Final Four - except when playing each other (1985) of course. A game or 2 may be off but this is probably right. Not sure it is meaningful, but certainly interesting.
