Forsberg returns
Deadmarsh, Boucher out for Kings

DENVER

Colorado forward Peter Forsberg was expected to be in the lineup while Los
Angeles forwards Adam Deadmarsh and Philippe Boucher were to be scratched
for Monday night's Game 7 of the NHL Western Conference quarter-final between
the two teams.

Forsberg, who missed the regular season due to foot injuries, did not play in Game 6
on Saturday due to an undisclosed leg injury.

His return and the addition of forward Milan Hejduk in Game 6 gives the Avalanche
a full roster for the first time this season. Hejduk missed 25 games with an
abdominal strain.

Los Angeles coach Andy Murray said Deadmarsh and Boucher did not make the
trip to Denver.

Deadmarsh has been out since straining his neck in Game 4, and Boucher has not
played since getting hit near the right eye with a puck in game 5.

and here's that piece again from Denver Post on why maybe Forsberg back might hurt the winning game plan
