My thoughts are this:
Nevada: Is 8-0 ATS after allowing more than 40pts in previous game.
Rice: Is 8-0 in their last 8 conferance games.
Cinci: is playing a weak Pitt team that has a coach that has stunk since he was with the Bears! He is also coaching from the press box due to injury. Maybe because he expects the home fans to start throwing debris after another loss.
Penn St.: Ind is 5-16 ATS versus a team with a winning record.
