That was a bullshit call........he had control of the ball then hit the ground! That doesn't make it a fuking incomplete pass!!! Unreal. What a way to end your season. Packers didn't deserve this win AT ALL! I hope Seattle stomps their asses

Why even watch any of this bullshit? Refs making calls, reversing their own calls, reversing correct calls......Seattle-New England will be the Super Bowl...

Where did you get your referee degree? Think Pierre former head of refs has a little more knowledge and credibility than anyone here.

My opinion - it was a catch. If the ref had called it a non-catch on the field I could have understood them sticking with it. Called a catch on the field - was very surprised that they overturned on replay. Well, actually since I hate the Packers and also had the Cowboys ML I fully expected it to be overturned. But objectively speaking this seemed a textbook case of "it's not clear if he lunged (i.e. made a football move) or was falling so we'll let the ruling on the field stand".

But the bottom line is - the "going to the ground" rule has been in place for a decade now and these receivers need to adjust. You can't even give the refs the chance to take that away from you. If you find yourself falling down even remotely soon after a catch, you need to roll onto your side or your back or just tuck it in and secure the ball. I understand Dez's instinct to stretch the ball out for the TD, but honestly Dallas was better off being down at the 1 or 2 anyway. Would have let them milk more time off the clock before scoring. But he stretched the ball out, courted disaster, and gave the refs the chance to take it away. And they did.

Agree .. Isn't reaching out an in control football move.

Um, what? Joe Buck is the son of Jack Buck, the longtime Cardinals announcer, and grew up in St. Louis. He is definitely a Cardinal homer (and as a Cubs fan he annoys me endlessly) but a Cowboy homer? I'm not sure where that's coming from. In fact if you check his Wikipedia page, he actually was accused of being pro-Packers during a Vikings-Packers playoff broadcast back in 2005.
