Here are the names and sites for the 3 credit reporting agencies.
In a couple of states you are allowed 1 free report a year but in most states you have to pay for the report unless you are turned down for a loan. Then you can get it for free from whichever agency the lender used to get your credit history.

This is a site where you can order all 3 of your scores and see them right away. There is a cost involved. Here is my experience with ordering from this site.
I ordered the 3 in 1 package and was able to see my whole credit history instantly from all 3 credit agencys. This will tell you anything you ever wanted to know.
There was one problem when I ordered mine though. You are suppose to be able to check your reports for a full 30 days for the 1 price. When I went to look my reports over the next day, I had forgotten my password and it locked me out after 3 attempts to log on. I emailed them and they e-mailed me back saying that they couldnt find a record of me signing up. After a week of this and still not able to get them to find my password I called my credit card company and cancelled the purchase. It was removed and I never heard from the site.
If you decide to use this site just remember to not forget your password.
I am not touting this service. I am just telling you of your options and what I did and what happened to me.
