I do see it being high scoring(even with OSU's inept offense down the stretch) But Urban can coach and the team has had a lot of time to prepare. Ultimately Clemson has the experience and talent edge here.
I also like Washington TT over18.5, I think regardless of how the game goes, Washington will get 1 late to push it over.
