Having only 1 game on the board tonite gave me the oppertunity to take a real good look at tonites game.
Last they met on 11/26 FSU was a 17 pt. road fav. with a total of 60 1/2. FSU came off a well fought tough loss to USC the week before, and had to be phyically and mentally drained for the game. They found themselves down 17-3 before they new it. The game proceeded to become a scoring frenzy to the finish and with a couple of late turnovers by FSU , Nev. was able to hold on.
I see tonites game being totally different. Fsu knows what to expect from the "pistol" offence and will be ready and prepared to shut it down.They control the gameclock.
The total is now 55, (expecting it to rise) but I don't think it gets there. Nev. will see the best defence since they played Biose St. last year and scored 14 pts.
