Thought these teams ground games are pretty evenly matched, but USF has the better passing game. The x factor is the turnovers ,as Rutgers has a +5 ratio over USF. I think RU's defense will apply lots of presure on the freshman QB, and cause some bad judgements and mistakes. Once they get a lead RU will continue to pressure and run, run, run to the finish with the lead.
Local book has the game at 3 with is also a good sign.
