Feel Strong about these today. Getting a better feel for the teams strengths and weakness. first few weeks is always a crap shoot, but I like these tonite.
CIN RL ---cincy 1st in runs scored, 3rd in BA, 2nd On base %, 5th in Slug %. Pitt in the bottom 5 in all categories. Cincy home after a 3-3 road trip were Arroyo shut down (6-1) an AZ team that has put up some real good offensive numbers.
Being home, better offense, solid pitching gets my money.
BREW CREW ML---BC have been playin good ball offense has stepped it up avg 5.5 in the last 4 games. Narveson has been lights out 0 ER in 13 IP.
Wash off a tough series with phillies were they saw some great pitching outside of Blanton, well I think Narveson can hold this offense down enough to get the W.
LAA ML---Weaver pitching unbelievable, CWS have issues no confidence in their bullpen, and they will be needed tonight casue I am not sold on Humber in only his 4th career start he's opposing the hottest pitcher in the majors. Offensively CWS are in top 5 in all categories, but I think Weaver can contain them, and angels can get to Humber and then the WS Bullpen.
STL ML--- Offense is hot and should stay hot against Garland coming off an injury. Lohses last game 1 run thru 8 IP, Garland gave up 6 hits and 3 runs in 4.2 innings in rehab stint. If he got knocked around by them Puljos and Holiday are gonna have big nights and the supporting cast has really stepped up in the last 5 games and the Cards are 4-1 L5. Also Garland is 1-4 5.02 ERA vs STL.
