48-31-2 +15 units ytd
Horrible day yesterday but today is a new day. Hopefully that Baylor comeback will start a winning streak. Here are some early plays, and only if we do well early on them, then I will add some other plays. All regular plays but I am suggesting to wager 0.75 unit per play due to that bad day yesterday. If everything was normal, I would risk 1 unit per play on those plays. Good luck all !
La Salle +1.5
Butler had to play Dayton yesterday, so La Salle is the more rested team going into this meeting. Butlers line against Dayton looked suspicious and this one is even more suspicious. The reason is simple. Despite a great season, La Salle still needs some wins in this tournament. Butler will be there, win or lose today.
Virginia +1.5
Virginia won 5 of last 6 against North Carolina State and the underdog covered last three meetings. North Carolina State had to play yesterday while Virginia had enough time to prepare for this match up. Revenge for last year playoffs loss.
Alabama +1.5
Alabama is 12-4 ATS in last 16 meetings. Tennessee is 9-1 ATS in last 10 but their only non cover came when they were a small favorite like today. Once again, the underdog had more time to prepare, like in those Virginia and La Salle games.
UTEP +3.5
UTEP is a covering machine right now. Their current ATS run is 7-0-1. They are also 16-5-2 ATS in last 23 games played. Finally, they covered 7 straight as underdogs. S.Miss is 2-9-1 ATS in last 12 games. Nothing new for them as they went on a 1-10 ATS run in last 11 games last season.
Syracuse +2
Both losses against Georgetown this season were record setting for Syracuse. Their loss at home ended a huge home streak and their loss on the road marked their lowest offensive production in many years. They really need this win badly for their confidence.
San Diego State +2
San Diego State now needs to play some good basketball in this tournament in order to qualify for the Madness. They were good for at least two conference tournament wins every year since the 2008-2009 season. New Mexico should be there regardless what happens today as they are ranked in top 15 right now.
