You do a fine job of capping the ponies. I have been confined to the house. With track TV and your picks I have had some fun the last two days. Thanks !!!!! Can you tell me where you get a racing form with all these tracks? Do you ever look at Quarter? Thanks again.

I have an account through the Daily Racing Form. You can sign up over the net. You can get any track in the U.S.

If you don't use their free software program Formulator4, you can still download the form using Acrobat...however, I found it better to just use it over the computer, it costs too much in ink to print it out everyday. It did take me a while to get used to not using "paper."

When I actually go to the track or to a satellite facitlity, I do by the form, but I usually all ready have most of my picks.

I had a surgery last year and was stuck at home for a couple of weeks...it was a great/fun way to pass the time....

Good luck...

Sgt. Sorry, one more thing, if you do play the Los Al quarters, go their website <http://www.losalamitos.com/laqhr/> and click in handicapping, they have two guys that post picks, Les Onaka is great.

Thanks for the info. i think quarters are running at Remington park in OK City. An Lone Star in Dallas will have a meet late in the year. Lots of fun can't make much $ but don't get hurt either.

Thanks Again
