Also on that Jacob's game over; Felix has not been great lately, the Indians are hitting well lately and I believe that the M's will get their share off of lefty Sowers.
Also trying the Tigers -1 and -1.5, both small.
Was going to take a shot at the Chisox but they took the line down almost as soon as they opened it. Not sure if it's a Beckett thing or what's going on. Bosox just had a key series in NY and I figure that it might be a let-down spot, despite them dropping the closer to Giambi.
My Angels calls have been lower lately as--I had mentioned previously--they still look a little complacent right now. They're not hitting lately (.702 OPS the past 7 days and averaging just barely over 3 runs a game over their past 7). Need to know that Josh is in the lineup to take a shot. Better play on Tex might be vs Garland. Rangers' SP's look to be pretty grim for this series but Friday's Nippert actually shut down the Angels during his best performance of the season back on July 7th. He also did good work against the Bosox at Fenway recently, though all his recent outtings have been short and the Rangers pen (better lately) is still one of the worst in the Bigs.
