a look around the horn has interesting matchup w/Bonderman and Halladay..See Halladay listed at -145 or better..Don't kmow how vs a Det. lineup w/pop.Bonderman no slacker and will not face Glaus and probably not face Reed Johnson who is ailing..
** Third baseman Troy Glaus won't play Friday after leaving Thursday's game as he continues to be bothered by a sore left heel. Glaus, who is 8-for-24 (.333) with two homers and five RBIs in 2007, is day-to-day
Halladay w/impressive # right-hander allowed two earned runs in six innings against Detroit earlier this month in a 5-3, 10-inning loss, and is 10-2 with a 1.93 ERA in 13 career games against the Tigers.
Bonderman (0-0, 3.75) lasted six innings on opening day, but allowed three first-inning runs. [how often will this happen]He also went six innings against Kansas City on Sunday, allowing two runs and seven hits with eight strikeouts in a 3-2 win over Kansas City.
The right-hander is 2-1 with a 3.46 ERA in seven games - six starts - against Toronto.
Expect pitchers duel here..If Det can stay away from using Mesa[what a joke] and get to two innings of closer relief they keep this tight.
Will take a shot at under the posted 8 at even money..IMHO the only true value in the match-up.
Detroit at Toronto Under + 8 +100
