Jhoulys Chacin "Better than Verlander", tho not for your fantasy leagues they note here. He has been very effective this season, and he is just back from his grandma's funeral in Venezuela. He is off a poor start (right after he learned she died), team offered to let him skip a start, but he wanted to get the ball and pitch bad - so I expect him to be extra focused and strong today.
Balt has been winning Norris' starts, Meldin's team losing his. Balt especially strong at home after a day of rest and vs righties...
