Thanks
You know, I do not really know too much likes here in Mexico, I dont even have fish in anyone, so i will asume you were talking about the beaches or just the sea when you say water
Definetely the Pacific is a great place to be, the Mexico Wolf sea is ugly, well I do not like it and in that side you have our Mexican Caribe that is around Cancun, I think you can go there, but Huricanes can go overthere, also maybe you want to be more close of the states for anything. I will recommend you my former state or maybe our neighbors, the State of Sonora has a lot of places to be in the water and with good weather all year long, great people, great turism, beautiful beaches and good sea fishing. the state of Sonora is in the middle of some projects to give all the coast more value, you will find very good prices and your real state will increase in the next years in that zone; but to be more specific I maybe need to know more about you, I have some friends in "Puerto Pe?asco" that takes care of gringos that have some houses or real state in general, he can help you anytime, anyday, also, my girlfriend father has a magazine that talk about the state and the different places we have to know. The other good things about the Sonora state are, no hurricanes, no heartquakes, no rain, no cold, great weather all year long, great fishing and beaches. Of course you can also go to some of both "Baja California" but is also great but do not know much about them. Down Sonora State you have Sinaloa state, very recognized for their narcs, so maybe not a great place, tu still beautiful beaches. When you go souther in the country, people is very different, a lot of poor peple and some etnias.
I need to know more about you to give you a perfect match or what i think is a perfect match, but i hope i helped you with this. My "father in law" magazine site is
www.imagenesdesonora.com they used to have good articles in english, any question you can ask him about the state, he really knows it, way more than me. If you want to ask me anything else dont hesitate
Javier
