vermont (+15.5) 2 units. this line seemed a little low to start with for a #1 seed... onuaku's injury is nothing new... there's no way people are pounding vermont... and yet the line is dropping. how strange. first ever 16 seed to beat a 1 seed?
florida st (-1.5) 2 units. gonzaga is a notch or two below where they've been the last few years. i really hope they win, because they match up with syracuse so much better than florida state does, but i think the seminoles are the play here.
duke under (126) 2 units. just noticed this... it seems pretty low for a duke game, doesn't it? only going back 10 games, but duke only had one total under 130 in that stretch, and it went under.
cal (-1) 1 unit. really don't know what to do with this game. IF louisville shows up, they roll in this game. but how often have they shown up this year? you would certainly think they'd focus in the tournament, but they might even be looking ahead to duke. it's very hard to read this team. talent-wise, they're easily one of the 20 best in the country. and if sosa ever calmed down and played "within himself", they would be a tough out for anybody. this team could certainly beat duke, but i think they find a way to lose to cal.
