Negative Hawk, but if they were in Elyria on the 16th there is no way that they should not have come. If you shipped priority they do insure for $50 or less. Give it another week if still not here you should file a claim.

Called Cigar.com--they said they are having problems with the PO--yep and they are raising the prices of
