Glad I passed last nights game even though I was initally leaning towards NC State...I like tonight's game a lot more!

Take Fresno State -1.5 and have a wonderful start to the weekend (hopefully)!

Predicted final:
Fresno State 35
Hawaii 28

No FG's tonight, just TD's back and forth! Don't be fooled by Fresno State's loss last week...NO ONE plays well @ Boise State (Hawaii got it handed to them as well), they are truly an elite home team. Fresno State was embarrassed last week on ESPN and they will come out with different game plan tonight. There is a reason they are laying points against a 5-2 Hawaii team that has put up huge numbers in the last 2 weeks. Fresno State should cover this game by a TD.

Courtesy of covers:
Home team has covered and won SU the last 5 games against these two squads, and UH QB Chang (I think this kid is a stud) is a dismal 1-6 SU on the road.

I look for Fresno State to come out with a nickel package where they will protect more against the pass and make Hawaii run the ball. Both these teams are fairly one-dimensional as far as offensive scheme goes (PASS, PASS, PASS), but I give the slight rushing edge to Fresno State (which probably won't help) and couple that with the home field and national TV spotlight and I like the Bulldogs.

Fresno State is 3-0 SU at home so far and giving up an average of 17 pts. There numbers are not as inflated due to the quality of teams they have faced so far (Oregon, Oregon State, Colorado State, Boise State). Hawaii's big games was against Boise State, a big loss on the blue turf almost identical to last week's Fresno State game.

Enjoy the weekend and take care.

Good luck,

Wonderful...I usually do not think about injuries very much, I figure the line usually incorporates any major loss to the team, but that's just my philosophy. Take care, have a good day!
