Rutgers -16.5 Yes line has moved up but you didn't expect it to go down did you.Would have been nice but Rutgers covers this and look to do so convincingly.Navy didn't look to impressive last week and Rutgers played Buffalo,covering easily.Rutgers will be able to pound away at Navy with (Norfolk St)looming next week.Navy returns home to face Ball St....Just looks like a nice spot for Rutgers to show what they have in prime time spot on Friday night.Rutgers also have one extra day of rest compared to Navy,having played last Thurs and Navy last Friday.Rutgers both at home and Navy both on road....Total is too close but if I had to choose would have to side with the Under.Mostly because alot of running and clock should keep running too.See it Rutgers 38-10.If that is right I will take my Rutgers win but screw the total too close to worry about with all these games tom.
