The way Chicago is playing right now the Under does not look too good. But i think the Under shud hit inspite of the horrid effort on the defensive end by the Hawks in previous games.

Minny has not scored a goal after clinching a playoff spot and have been shutout in back to back games prior to this contest.
After the debacle against the Islanders the Chicago coach said that this kind of play was unacceptable and his players responded beating nashville 4 - 1.
One of the big angles I look @ while playing totals is how teams play each other - it is more of open ice hockey and lots of shots or is it more of a defensive game by both teams.
These two teams have played low scoring games in the past and even if we have a rookie in the net for Chicago i am hopeful that the defencemen will do a good job of protecting the goaltender than they did against Islanders and Colorado. Mebbe Passemore is in the net rather than Anderrsson. Roloson shud b in the net for Minny.
In the last 5 games Minny has allowed 6 more shots on goal than their regular season average. But look @ the teams they have played in last 5: Blues, Detroit, Detroit, Dallas and Florida. Even otherwise no. of shots have increased in last 10 games but not al ot of goals are scored so the key is where the shots are being taken from.
