ATS: 99-71-4 (+27.6)
OU: 57-48-1 (+4.0)
ML dogs: 3-6 (+2.5)

Nets

?I expect a different Nets team,? said Joe Johnson. ?I expect for us to be a lot different [tonight].?

?It?s great we?re playing against the same team,? said Brook Lopez. ?Obviously we got a little peek of what it?s going to be like, and we definitely have stuff to learn from.?

It will be interesting to see how the Hawks respond when Josh Smith returns tonight, after a suspension and amid trade rumors. Some reports indicate that his relationship with the franchise is ?irretrievable?.

The Nets are 7-1 SU (+9.6 ppg) and 6-2 ATS on Friday nights as a home favorite since the 2010 season. The Hawks have the Spurs on deck tomorrow night, while the Nets have two days of rest upcoming.

Nets -6
Nuggets UNDER 204.5
Spurs TT Over 107 x2

Good luck...

Agree - I almost laid off sides completely, but will take a shot with the Nets.

Alvin Gentry - well, that is not surprising. Looks like it could be a good spot for the Suns anyway. I will bump that coaching thread in a few days - thanks scrub!

Well, this is shaping up to be a very bad night. Brooklyn had an 8 point lead with 2:50 to go, Hawks rally and the Nets win by 5. Nuggets and Wizards score 95 in the first half... and 72 in the third quarter. Spurs an uncharacteristic horrible first quarter. The Mavs look like...the Mavs. Maybe they can rally still. I have faith, but the Thunder look good right now. Well, losers are losers.

I apologize to anyone who looked at my picks and was unduly influenced. Well, I did finally find the key to NBA gambling. Just bet on the Thunder every night - they are 25-14 ATS this season... or at least don't bet against them!

Either way, going to take some time off... can't take the losing. I'll be back when I find another key to betting this sport. It might be awhile, haha!

Better luck to everyone else...

Rough night happen HH. So do nights like the other night when you were 1 play away from a sweep. You are great capper, I have no doubt during your time away you will be able to fine tune your methods or even find new angles.

Thanks for all of your hard work :0008

You have helped many here get to where they are playing with house $$$. Everybody has those days. You don't have many.

It was a square week, your not a square,it will come back next week.Seems like every other week ends up that way.My fade guy had a good week but I'm sure this week will be a good fade,we just need to time it out not necessarily change anything, just realize when it is working for us and against us.Use your same tools just play against it when that week comes.Should usually know by Tuesday what kind of week it is going to be,whether a play on or fade week.Squares need a week to win too,or their would be no gambling world!!!!

The problem I think is we get so confident in ourselves it is hard to go against what has/or is working for us,meaning fade it.Just seems when someone has a great week maybe 2 they r going to hit a wall the following week. The bad week makes us want to go away but there is no sense in it or we miss a good week,or it will be a half and half week where we juice it.

Thanks guys - maybe I needed a little pep talk ;)

Four Corners - you make a good point. The bad days don't bother me so much, because I am plus money this season and I know that I will turn it around shortly, but I just don't like posting losers that others may play... I guess I just have to get over it and realize that everyone here plays at their own risk. No way I can always post winners, even though I wish I could!!

Would have been nice if Dallas could have pulled out the win, but the cover was nice anyway, I'll take it! Like eeeerock said, have to push through the bad ones to get to the good. I try to learn something from every loss, and maybe that is my problem - over analyzing. I just need to let the losers go and move on. May have a play tonight - there is one that is looking really nice this morning.

Anyway, thanks - I like being part of this forum and appreciate the thoughts and comments of people in my threads and others. We are all here to win $$ and the more ideas and angles we can share, the better.
