You gotta remember, in the 10 years you've been making that trip there probably hasn't been more than 10,000 people in that place at the most. Pirates fans don't know how to act with increased traffic. Believe it or not it's a different crowd (mostly) that the ones who come to a Steelers game.
65,000+ on a Sunday Steeler game....just your typical game day traffic.
30,000+ for a Friday night Pirate game.....instant chaos.
That's just how it is.
As far as eating today, it depends where you are staying. .
South Side, Fatheads is as good as any.
