Not a great looking card today, but there is some value out there.
YTD 7-4 +387
Diamondbacks -127 (Hunnnnng Kimmmm) Chacon is dogfood. His head is probably still spinning from his little incidents over the winter.
Texas -120 (Valdez). Big things are expected out of Ryan Franklin, but I will take the home team at this price with a much more established pitcher who had a nice outing already over the youngster making his first start of the year.
Tampa Bay +235 Why not? Steve Parris is Jeckyl and Hyde, (Yankees do own this guy) but I would not lay 235 with Wells without a great closer or DJeter backing him up. I do know that Wells has had stellar results vs. the Rays, but I will go against the grain.
Angels +130. Good value here. Should be a great series and may set the tone for the AL West. I do like Ted Lily but I will take the Ape and the champs giving me a little extra juice.
