*-This line really stands out as a "Classic Vegas Trap"!!! :yup Temple just beat a ranked team @ Home last week for the first time since 1938(I had the Pirates of course :facepalm
& bested this Memphis team 41-21 last year down in Tennessee. Most betters will gladly take the Owls @ Home getting a TD which is exactly what Vegas wants. Speaking of Temple's "BIG" win last Saturday, lets dig a little deeper into their upset victory. The Owls were the beneficiary of 5 Pirate turnovers, many ECU penalties & some questionable decisions by the ECU Head Coach. Temple had ONLY 135 yards of Total Offense & gave up 432 yards on Defense. As you can see it was not Temple's fault...TO's, penalties & poor coaching by ECU are the reasons the Owls won the game. Temple is in an obvious "Let-Down" situation while the Tigers will be seeking "Revenge" from last year's contest. These too factors, last week's stats in Temple's victory & the "Price" Vegas has placed on this affair should add up too a Memphis cover in my humble opinion. Wagering BIG$$$ on the Tigers w/my Best Bet tonight!!!
