From Kitchen Daily....Interesting, anyone do this????

Get crispy "fried" food without the grease

Skip deep-frying and try our oven-frying technique: Dip chicken, fish or vegetables in milk, buttermilk or egg, dredge in seasoned flour or breadcrumbs, then coat with canola or olive oil cooking spray. Place on a wire rack set on a baking sheet and bake at 425? to 450?F until crispy.

wash okra and cut off ends
put okra on cookie sheet and drizzle evoo and roll okra around
salt and pepper
bake 15-25 minutes at 425 to desired crispness

very close to fried okra and much healthier :0074

pretty much the same as me as I spread the evoo around and then roll the okra to coat and flip once again half way thru cooking ... I like how you say 465 as I was just thinking that 425 not getting crispy enough for me ... still very tasty and healthy :0074
