I would hope to see NE get to SB -- as being a local, and admittedly sharing less than same fervor for beloved pats, as most fans around here -- I have firm belief that these patriots would make for an easier win/cover for NFC in SB. I for one felt they weren't going to get even to this point (AFC champ game) - though --giving credit where credit is due-- they did what needed to, and won --but beat what I think we could look back on and agree was proabably a slightly overrated colts team (overmatched, as would've been diff gm w/ r wayne) but im not here to argue coulda woulda shouda's

to me, seeing how team is presently constituted believe NE in sb is best/easiest bet against

I guess imo, the only way pats have chance beating either of NFC teams is by out scheming them (and heres where all the belicheck lovers chime in about his genius and all) but I still believe cannot do enough of it - to get cover, nevermind win. granted, crazier things have happened (ne v st Louis I guess could be one example?). obviously there is always tomm terrific (or TB12 as some people here refer to ) and with him I guess you're never really out of a game -- however it is this poster's firm opinion that if either nfc team lines up against patriots in big game (sea more than sf, ever soo slightly) will be at minimum a 13 point win by them

obviously seeing nfc -3 vs pats would be a gift if i think at minimum will lose by 13 or more; den can (not saying they will, but can) beat either nfc squad by personnel or scheme, an (dis)advantage that I believe will prove to be too much for pats to overcome. this might be moot point if Denver takes care of business at home this weekend anyways (as I imagine they "should" do) --though this game vs den, if any, is only one where pats have any chance of covering or winning, imho

this, is my 2 cents

Agree 100%

Think NFC wins regardless which team if opponent is pats

Think denver is a coin toss with both just because of peyton

People close to him say this is the most motivated he has ever been..
