Boise State has sub par qb and offense in a new scheme that's not working. Hit the first half under on that game. They're going nowhere this season, need to rely on their defense. Syracuse best days are behind them , QB has a hitch in his throw and looks hobbled, should have buried a sub par VA team with a new offensive scheme at home in this situation, but couldn't. Fade teams.
