I like your plays, but I wonder....Do the Pats care if they win this game or not?

Does this game affect their position in the playoffs?

I like them too, but I don't want to get burned by them resting their starters.

Actually I am pretty sure they will know by gametime if the game means anything or not.

I think if Buffalo beats Cincy, then they still have a chance to get in a higher seed. But I don't see that happening so this game may not mean anything to the Pats.

With that said, I still think they roll over the Jets, and with the line moving the way it is, there will always be a chance for a middle come game time. If the Jets somehow pull out a win, I can't see it being by more then a fieldgoal.

I just read this.


"Word from the Patriots coach is "this is a REGULAR WEEK. There will be no resting of players this week. There is still much work to be done". He goes on to say that the only players who won't participate in practice or the game this week will be those that are injured."


Patriots will play for the win and to keep momentum going.
