Ok awhile back I posted a big parlay in the NBA forum that is finally coming to fruition! The first two legs were the cab's to win the NBA and cubs to win the NL pennant.. I have got back all of my money invested so I'm completely free rolling here but still might hedge a bit undecided as of now..

Gb to win NFC north- 5k
Gb to win sb- 67k
Nyg to win sb- 10k
Det to win sb- 8k
Oak to win sb- 3k
Pit to win sb-1300
Ne to win sb- 500

My big question I have for all you here at mjs is this, can the Lions beat gb this Sunday?? The line stinks a bit and I hate seeing so many people taking gb.. 5k would be a nice score with a gb win heading to the playoffs.. thanks for stopping by and all comments welcome!

The key is the Giants-Wash game as to Gbay motivation.

After getting smoked by Dallas second half, and the way Gbay is playing ( even with their shit defense) Gbay minus 3 at Detroit looks too easy on paper....

Vegas is probably swamped with Gbay money-line money....we know what that usually means.....

Thanks DM. Yeah it looks easy on paper and I'm sure 9 outta 10 people at the window are ready to double their holiday cash on gb! I ultimately decided not to hedge anything on a similar situation on the tar heels in the NCAA tournament and got beat by a buzzer beater.. will at the minimum put 2-300 on Det +3 to cover the bar tab this time!

Whodey, as you know, this time of year, momentum and the way a team is playing now carries them if they make the post-season, GB has been on fire, especially since I quit wagering on them, LOL, kidding aside, they are tough to beat with basically everyone healthy and Montgomery taking on the RB spot like he was still a RB, he's a WR normally and was a stud RB in HS and first year for Stanford, Matthews is healthy and DL and OL mostly healthy now.

Detroit off the Dallas bounce is a tough one, short week too for them after playing MNF.

Also their game will be last one of the evening on Sunday and they'll know who's won/lost during the day, the loser in this game basically goes home if Redskins win?

GL!

Thanks WB,
Yeah Montgomery stepping up as rb has been big and their defense, although still the Achilles, is getting healthier.. they seem to be peaking at the right time! The more I think about it the more I think ill stick to my gut that gb wins this game and claims the north. Even if Washington were to lose I would think motivation to get that first home game would be present, or maybe some gamesmanship for seeding/matchups happens? And they strategically lose to detroit? Have to see how the nyg Washington game plays out I suppose. I think Seattle Dallas Atlanta and new York fans will all be rooting for Washington and Detroit! Good luck :toast:
