NY Mets UNDER 90.5 wins
The Mets look like the most overhyped team since 2000 Redskins. I see a lot of big contracts and players who may be past their prime.

I love that Florida over too. I also have them at +6000 to win the World Series. Anyone know what the Philly over/under is?? I love their young pitching staff.
Phillies are at 82 (Olympic). Think they will be close to that number. Personally I like SF under 89.5 as their staff is weak and Schmidt is not 100%. Love Houston over 86.5 as they will win 90 at least. Another one is Colorado over 78. Will be at least .500 and will contend. Final favorite is White Sox over 89.5 They will be win the division as the most talented team in the central. Leans on others are Oakland over 89.5, Seattle under 95.5, Dodgers over 84.5 and Florida over 80. Top 3 are Houston, Colorado and the White Sox. Agree or disagree. :shrug:
JT agree on SF. I was talking to a friend of mine who lives out near SF and he's not overly optimistic. I originally would definitely agree on the White Sox but their pitching is a little scary. After Buerhle and Ritchie, the other 3 spots are really unsettled. Parque hasn't topped 84 MPH on the radar guns this spring. Their hitting should be great, however.
Reds under 77-Griffey, Casey, & Dunn will have to hit at least seven times each a game to offset the pitching.
Tigers under 74-They just stink
Arizona unde 90.5-Johnson and Shilling then Heling and the rest get a drilling
Phillies over 82.5- Lieberthal back and Padilla & Meyers to step up into the rotation if needed. Rolen something to prove, Abreu and Burrell will team to make a very dangerous of combo
Cardinals over 92.5- 100 games easy

With the schedule realignment and the weak schedule the Sox will play in the central they should get to the ninety win mark fairly easy. Sox could run away with the central.

if i bet i would sure look at the expos over.
biggest surprise in baseball. mets will underachieve and phillies showed some of their true character late in the season. beat up on poor braves team but they dont have the horses. too many dogs that you want on your fantasy team but not in real life if you want to win. marlins could be there but are still a while away.
expos has some intersting changes in the front office which shows a tremendous amount of committment. not sure whats going on there, but i think it indicates that they're not ready to fold. lots of young talent on the field and off the field. a good sign for some heart and some success.

White Sox- pitching will be better than everyone expects and thye will add a solid arm too. They are trying to move either royce clayton and or ray durham. They have a kid named willie harris who can play 2nd or ss or cf this yeat and is ready for the bigs. I am talking a bout a 25 hr guy with 40 sb;s inb his rookie year, best rookie i have seen in all the years i have wached spring training on an everyday basis. like the over
