Any Pac 12 fan will tell you the same, they call a lot of penalties and in particular call a lot of P.I. on the defense.
I am leaning that way but from other reasons as well.I'm sure the Pac 12 fans knows better than anyone. Sounds like that would help the offenses and subsequently the 'Over?'
It would SHOCK me if they call many penalties at all. In championship games the last thing they wanna be is talked about.
I bet they let DB?s mug receivers at the line.

Johnnyb as a fellow Pac12 guy myself at ASU, I can attest that these refs are as qualified to be in this game as I am to land a damn plane.
There's going to be something stupid late in the game we talk about for years to come, but anybody on the west coast is going to laugh and not be the least bit surprised.
I think the way the refs dictate the pace, it'll extend the game and give us something in the neighborhood of 41-38 so I tend to lean with the over. Wouldn't surprise me to see big plays/penalties down the field for some quick strikes.
The look ahead line on this one was around pick 'em two weeks ago....not sure that I'd change the line by 6 points based on the one weekend but that's what happened, so i have to take Clemson myself.
