Hopefully they can produce tonight! Yesterday was pathetic. Too much talent in this lineup to not be scoring runs in bunches.
The French guy in Right field should be on Bleed's all time check thieves in baseball. The worst at bat I've ever seen with runners at 1st and 3rd with no outs down 1-0. I'd of cut him right after that game. Worthless POS that doesn't want to play here anyway. And that's coming from someone that doesn't care about that team (but had the Over).

Papers tomorrow gonna be patting Lou on the back big time. He's looking like a champ in this one. Every Cub hitter doing all the right things. SD pitcher being left out there a lot longer than I would think is decent. I think SD mgr Black may have conceded this game earlier than normal and left his starter out there to take one for the team. Yesterdays game and the travel here must have really done SD in. All will be well in lemingland manana. Dusty who??
They are in the midst of 20 games with only 1 day off including late travel last night and a trip to coors field mixed in with games against the dodgers, arizona, and colorado in the nl west. and tomorrow is a day game. he won't waste anyone in a worthless game out of reach. i wish he would.
