You've got to click the individual links to see winds & a more detailed forecast for each. But at least it should be fairly up-to-date/continue updating as things change.
Haven't checked them all out yet, but it looks like it should be quite windy not only in Green Bay, but also in Buffalo.
It's already snowing here in Toronto by the way (about an hour north of Buffalo). They (Buffalo) actually usually get more severe weather than we do, because they get the winds coming in straight off Lake Erie blowing in rain and snow, whereas we're a little bit more sheltered from it being slightly north of that. But if it's snowing here, there's a pretty good chance it's snowing there too.
