I saw a recreational game last weekend played by some tourist and I am curious to know the name of the game or more importantly the rules/scoring.

The game pieces were constructed of pvc pip 1" ( I assume) and the pvc pipe was constructed approx 3 feet high it looked something like

And you would play against an opponent and they would throw a rope (approx 12" long) with 2 golf balls attached to the ends of the rope.

If anyone knows the name of this game and or rules/scoring please let me know.

description: it looked like a ladder made of pvs pipe that was approx 3 feet high and 3 feet wide and built like a ladder with a pvs pipe that went across like rungs of a ladder approx every 12 inches to the top
