Wastn it just a couple of months ago that folks on here were blaiming W and the Republicans for gas prices at over $4/gallon?

Under $2 in Texas now - I guess you folks will of course stay consistent and credit W and the Republicans for the prices falling?

Somehow I think not.

Exxon-Mobile makes biggest profits EVER...14.8 BILLION in the 3Q alone.


While us normal American suffered through the horrible gas prices this summer, Exxon was just raking in the cash.

Despite the recession the rest of the ecomony is going through, somehow they bust out like its raining gold coins.

Guess thats what happens when GW appoints a former oil exec to be the watchdog over oil companies.

Yeah, lets extend them some more tax breaks...they are really hurting. Vote McCain make Exxon Mobile even more $$$$. :spotting:

It took Pelosi and Reed two years but they finally were able to overcome the damage of SIX years of Republican control as far as oil prices go.
