Gator Hunting...

My neighbor went Gator hunting in the Everglades last night....

She...yes...SHE got home about the time I got up this morning at 4:30 am. 2 tags, 2 Gators.

Had some developed film pictures, both were big, i'd say one was huge. She, yes SHE was headed out to clean 'em, save the hides and have them tanned.

If she sends me some digital pics I'll post 'em with her permission.

Going to have me some Gator Tail this weekend...'Dats a bigun...ooooo...'

Sorry...no pics, yet. The big 'un was 10' 7", big fat mean 'ol knarly bastid. Took three hits with the bang stick to the head and still tried to take a bite out of the airboat.

The smaller one was thinner and just shy of 9' 6". Pretty sure she's going to have the heads mounted, I'll post a pic in the future.

Process the meat, tan the hides and mount the heads...:0071 . I don't think I'll take up gator huntin' anytime soon.
