Nats were my 2nd choice for today's Best Bet but it's hard to pass on a Total of 6.5 in this day & age, I don't care who is pitching. OVER is 11-3-1 in the last 15 meetings between the Phillies & Dodgers. Hopefully it will be tied 3-3 @ some point in this affair!!! :yup
