Since this is HUMP DAY, I am going to try and get over it and go above .500.
SIXERS +3 (4*) -- Sixers have been playing outstanding, last loss being to the equally hot Celtics. Showed a lot of heart and desire to improve their playoff positioning by coming back against the Knicks. Kings have been hot all year, at home. On the road is another story. One game above .500, and five games below ATS. Gimme the defensive minded Sixers at home plus points.
ROCKETS +9 (4*) -- The T'wolves have been slumping of late. Losers of four in a row. The Rockets have been playing better winners of two in a row. I think the wolves get the W tonight but by only 5.
CELTICS -5 (4*) -- As I and Nick Douglas have said many times, the Nets are a different team without MacCulloch in the lineup. Not a very good half-court team. Celtics have won five in a row and are trying their damndest to take over the lead in the Atlantic from the Nets. Walker and Pierce get it done tonight, as the Celts get their sixth straight.
