SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS ?3.5 (Sunday) - This may be an ?against the grain? selection, as the Giants are on a 5-game winning streak while the 49ers stumbled at the end of the season. However, the way I see it, this looks like outstanding line value for what I feel is the superior team playing at home. I would take San Francisco?s last 2 games with a grain of salt, as they knew that they were locked in to the #4 seed no matter what after Week #14, so they rested many regulars the last 2 games. I think they will respond this week by bringing their ?A? game to the table. These clubs met way back in the opening week of the season, with the Niners escaping with the 16-13 win in the Meadowlands. I expect a more convincing victory in front of the home fans here.
