Giants line not moving?

Everyone and their dogs are on the Giants and the line has'nt moved this tells me maybe I'm on the wrog side. Insight would be appreciated.

Scooter...the line did open at Giants +3.5

Once a line settles to 3, more times than not it tends to stay there. Probably the hardest of any other lines to move off of. Books tend to keep it at this number longer than others before they decide to move it off that line.
